However, the time between order and install was unusually long and when I requested an earlier install date via email and voice message there was no reply. Carpet One will be the business we will always come back too when we need flooring. Your company sent a guy to re-stretch our carpet . He did a great job, was very efficient and nice. I expected to pay for the job but he said "no charge."
THey had exactly what I needed and I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were even kind enough to rush the job to get it done before Thanksgiving when I was having out of town guests. I would not consider going anywhere else for future flooring needs.

It took forever to get an answers and get the job started. I thought going with a smaller local company would be the way to go and I would get more attention, but it was worse than a big box store. I just want to thank you for the excellent service after the sale.
